Green Games: How Video Games Can Inspire Players to Act on Climate Change

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Video games have the potential to bring abstract topics like climate change and sustainability to life. In this panel, speakers from Ubisoft and the UN’s Playing for the Planet Alliance will discuss how developers can raise players’ awareness and inspire them to take action in the real world. They’ll explore the unique ways in which video games can deepen players’ understanding of sustainability, share insights from games such as Anno 1800 and Hungry Shark World, and provide tips and best practices.
